First off, if you have a problem with low budgets, don't even bother with this film because you'll think "it's the worst movie I've ever seen" or some such crap. If you can look past the low budget (read: low quality cameras, bad sound, amateur (over)acting, etc.) then this is a REALLY F*CKING FUNNY movie! I was lucky enough to see this at the TromaDance New Mexico film festival, and I was rolling in the aisles for the entire time! Chris Seaver has taken the idea of gross-out humor to new, almost unforgivable lows. Oral sex that goes wrong, farting and poop, etc., you get the idea. It sounds kind of juvenile, and it is juvenile, in that X-rated adult kind of way.
Long story short: this film is really offensive... and really funny. If you can deal with low budgets and gross humor, check out Chris Seaver's films (I recommend Filthy McNasty), especially this one which should be available through Troma Entertainment soon...
