As a kid I loved clay animation films, and this one had to top the lot.
I saw it on ABC (thats Australian BC) sometime in 1989 and fortunately recorded it. What I saw was a hilarious and inventive half-hour adventure, with a bizarre and very funny array of characters, notably the sad yet brave Plasmo, the greedy Coredor and his lisping 'Darth Vader' like sidekick, Brucho. This is clay-animation space opera comedy at its best. It is worth noting that there was a series of five minute episodes released a few years after, which was also a cut above the usual stuff.
If you happen across a copy, or know of anyone who has it, watch it. It's great for both kids and adults. It will have you in stitches.
