Disappointing to finds the great Michel Piccoli turning out 75' of what he probably through was an art movie in the style of THEMROC. He ends up with something more like an incoherent version of the British one hour non verbal comedies of the seventies.
Roger Jendry spends his time with what we are to believe are his wife and and mistress.
When not playing cards he takes his young nephew to the Parc Montsouris marionettes, who act out his life.
High contrast scope colour adds ugly images to the impenetrable story line.
