Every morning the sun comes up and Steve and Dean meet on a bench to drink beer and discuss life while the world passes them by, literally. Steve is waiting for a catalyst to bring an arc into his life, to propel him back into the arms of his wife. What could a crazy guy who shows up every morning at 9:21 possibly mean to that arc? And what will Steve and Dean do the morning Skinny Jimmy doesn't show on his appointed rounds? Written by Steve Gelder

A magical short film
15 January 2006 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

Ahoy All, Steve Gelder has created a little gem here Although I cant really point my finger at any one element ..or in any one direction as to what makes the film so special..It is indeed Magical! The filmmaker has us wanting more ,,Right from the start it captures the mind , exploring the way in which romance in life affects our day to day lives, shedding light on simple peoples very real dilemmas..Touching our hearts as it takes us into the reality of it all.Who can explain magic..I know i cant this film an you will walk away with some idea in your head of what a modern independent low budget film can be ,,This film is a winner! Its not the best film in the world , simply a delight to watch and watch again.. Happy sailing Captain...._/)...
