- A fully nude (dead) man is shown for an extended amount of time, including his buttocks and his genitalia from a distance.

- A Polish man starts beating up a young prostitute which gets Milo so angry that he struggles with the man and finally killing him by hitting him with a hammer several times.
- Milo kills another man with the hammer.
- Little Muhammed is bound and gagged in the trunk of a police car.
- Two men torture another man by repeatedly holding a plastic bag over his head. Then he is put in a freezer where he presumably freezes to death.
- Two dead bodies are disposed in graphic detail. This includes bleeding out the bodies and disemboweling them. The scene is very unsettling and extremely graphic.
