A visit to L.A.
Jose Estrada28 September 2006
I had the opportunity to catch this superb short film at the Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) film festival in 2004. This film is a very moving portrait of Los Angeles, a city I had the opportunity to visit on a few occasions. I was amazed to see how well Luis had captured with his camera the spirit and essence of this strange and unique city. Along with a beautiful music piece that intelligently accentuates the key parts of the film, in L.A. Joy you will discover a city inhabit by all sorts of characters from every social condition, who together they form the unusual kaleidoscope that makes Los Angeles one of the truly XXI century cities. A delight for the senses.
