Did You Know?

Due to the budget actors had to pull double duty. In the scene where Hobo meets Anubis, actor Don Sandeen plays both roles as does Christopher Kann who doubles for Anubis and the Hobo in certain shots. See more »

Transcendalist Horror Movies
9 April 2005 | by (Astoria, Queens) – See all my reviews

The somewhat new genre of "horror comedy" seemed awful before it even got rolling, but this film is a bright exception to the -Scary Movie- -Scream- and -I Know What You Did Last Summer- series of wastes of time. This low budget gem was full of pithy one-liners and tongue in cheek jokes that never got old or tiring. And, who doesn't love a horror movie that includes a character who compares himself to Henry David Thoreau?

I'd recommend this movie to people like myself who claim not to be keen on horror flicks- I think they, like me, will be very pleasantly surprised.

I'm interested to see what this filmmaker will do next.
