Storyline
Plot Summary |
Set in Cairo in the 1960s. Showing the daily life of an Egyptian Christian family. Adly, the father,is a conservetive teacher who's fear of god turned him into a fanatic. His wife, ne'mat, a liberal protustant, works as a school mistress who is a depressed artist and also struggling with her frustrated sexual life with her husband. The whole story is told from the view of Na'eem, their son, a Six years old boy who adores the cinema which causes a continuous conflict with his father who considers it a sin.
