If it's a crime, than the producers are guilty
3 July 2005 | by (Buffalo, New York) – See all my reviews

When you watch religious films you have to take into account that the church is usually not drawing from an A talent list of players. But in this particular film I saw better productions in high school than here.

The Christian camp director's book on How to be a Good Christian has been purloined before camp is scheduled to open for the summer and this must be one crime free area because a detective is sent down to find who snatched the book. He's got a limited list of suspects, those staff that are there already.

Fortunately the detective is a believer and using his religious training more than police training the culprit is found. But we are concerned here with what is happening to the culprit spiritually as well as the earthly consequences for this terrible "crime."

One thing is sure, plagiarism is not the crime this film is guilty of. Agatha Christie can rest easy.
