User Reviews

The worst and a pitiful idea of a game play genre for a Mega Man game.

Rockman Soccer (AKA Mega Man Soccer) is not a game you really want to check out. First of all, this game is not even played like a normal Mega man genre. Instead, this game is more of a battle soccer sports game with various characters from lots of Mega Man series. What you have to do is to win like regular soccer. Each characters has limited special kicking moves for the soccerball. Depending on the goalie's weakness, they may not take the damage, instead they would just catch the ball and kick it to the players. Passing the soccer ball is very sluggish because after a few passes, the opponent will always likely be able to take the ball. And worst of all, there is no ending scene in the normal story mode and I believe that Capcom in that early year for the US version had the nerves to remove the endings from that game. That's just really damn stupid. If I were you, don't even think of laying a finger on this game. Believe me, you'll regret ever having to play this game when you start playing this game.
