Maniac UK Quad Poster

7 February 2013 3:03 AM, PST | HeyUGuys.co.uk | See recent HeyUGuys news »

Metrodome have released the official UK quad for twisted horror-thriller Maniac.

Directed by Franck Khalfoun (P2), Maniac stars Elijah Wood (Sin City), Nora Arnezeder (Safe House), America Olivo (Friday the 13th), Megan Duffy (Little Athens), and Jan Broberg (Everwood). It’s a remake of the 1980s slasher film of the same name.

Just when the streets seemed safe, a serial killer with a fetish for scalps is back and on the hunt. Frank (Wood) is the withdrawn owner of a mannequin store, but his life changes when young artist Anna (Arnezeder) appears asking for his help with her new exhibition. As their friendship develops and Frank’s obsession escalates, it becomes clear that she has unleashed a long-repressed compulsion to stalk and kill.

Maniac, which was recently passed uncut as an 18 certificate by the BBFC, will be released in the UK on March 15.
