Season 1, Episode 1: Welcome to PCA

Zoey Brooks is one of the many girls coming to PCA for the first time. When she gets there, she meets friends, and she makes an enemy in Logan, a stereotype who thinks girls can't beat boys in basketball. Zoey takes it as a challenge, going against the boys in an all-out brawl.

Season 1, Episode 2: New Roomies

Zoey learns to enjoy life at PCA, until her roommates, Dana and Nicole, show their anger to one another. Zoey can't stand the constant fighting, and decides to move into the crazy Quinn's room. Meanwhile, Dustin is trying to make a profit, and Chase wonders if he is at an advantage to ask Zoey on a date.

Zoey and Nicole return to PCA for the second year. But they soon find out Dana will not be returning, and a very strange roommate, Lola, has come to take her place. The year gets to a bad start for Chase and Michael, because of Logan's very loud gifts from his dad.

A time capsule project is presented to Zoey and her friends. Each one of them must contribute something that represents them. Zoey makes a DVD explaining what each of her friends means to her. Chase can't wait for 20 years, so he decides to dig up the capsule with a very tired Michael.

Dustin's new science partner is PCA troublemaker Trisha Kirby, who much to his delight decides to declare him her boyfriend. When Zoey finds out about this new relationship, she drafts Chase into trying to break them up. In the process of doing so, Chase inadvertently causes her to turn her affections towards him instead, placing him in a love triangle with Dustin, and forcing Zoey and Chase to examine true nature of their own friendship.

Zoey gets upset when Logan rats her and her friends out for hanging out on the guys' roof. Logan also tells Zoey that boys act differently around girls. Zoey wants to prove to Logan that boys and girls can act normal around each other by having Lola dress up as a boy and room with Chase and Logan. Meanwhile, Michael deals with trying to escape from the nurse's office.

Zoey and her friends challenge some stuck-up computer geeks to a robot battle, and recruit Quinn for her expertise. It seems that a win is guaranteed until she overhears Logan making fun of her behind her back, and quits the team. With nobody to help them build their robot, the kids are forced to ask the smartest boy in the school for help, who will only do so on the condition that Nicole goes on a date with him.

Season 3, Episode 1: Surprise

It's a brand new year at PCA, but everybody learns that Nicole had to go to an all girls' school (has boy crazy syndrome). The bad news is that they are losing their roommate. Zoey and Lola are worried about Quinn being their roommate, because of Quinn's doing all of these weird experiments. What else can go wrong? Zoey gets a whole new surprise, when she finds Chase doing something she didn't want to see.

Season 3, Episode 2: Chase's Girlfriend

Chase's girlfriend seems really sweet, until she tells Zoey to stay away from Chase. Meanwhile, Quinn helps Logan with his foul shooting. At first, she doesn't want to help Logan, but she wants revenge for his calling her a spaz. Her tutorial is brutal. Finally, Chase has to choose either to break up with his girlfriend so that he doesn't lose his friendship with Zoey, or dump his girlfriend.

Season 3, Episode 3: Hot Dean

The Dean gets hit in the nose with a model airplane. As the Dean has to get his nose fixed, a new Dean replaces him for the time being, Dean Taylor, aka, Hot Dean. Meanwhile, Coco gets dumped by her boyfriend again. Annoying the gang, Zoey and her roommates decide to fix Coco up with the Hot Dean.

Season 3, Episode 4: Quarantine

Quinn accidentally develops a new germ while making a chemical to keep a girl away from Mark. Zoey, Lola, Chase, Logan, and Michael get trapped in the girls' dorm room, until they confirm that the germ is not dangerous.

Zoey is not doing so well in Science. To her surprise, Logan will be her new tutor. Chase has no clue about it, and just notices that she and Logan are spending a lot of time with each other. So he suspects something is going on. Meanwhile, Dana and Lola can't stand Quinn's disgusting inventions.

Vince Blake is the greatest football player ever to be at PCA. He's not so great when he has to use his head though. Chase leaves his TekMate in his history teacher's classroom, and when he goes to get it, Vince is in there, taking pictures of the test. If Chase tells, the whole school will hate him and Vince won't be able to play, not to mention getting beat up by the team. If he doesn't, Vince will get away with it and continue doing it. What will Chase choose?

Season 3, Episode 7: The Silver Hammer Society

Logan wants to join the Silver Hammer Society, which basically is a private club. While Chase finds it dumb, everyone but Logan becomes members. Logan, becoming frustrated, steals Chase's badge that he threw away. Once finally kicked out, Logan decides to create his own club. Meanwhile, a new girl comes to PCA, and she keeps thinking that she remembers Quinn from somewhere. Quinn, embarrassed to know her, disagrees, and forbids her friends to see the girl.
