As part of the storyline leading up to the Undertaker-Booker T. match, Booker had consulted a voodoo witch, who told him to use dirt from an unmarked grave. Josh Matthews interviewed Booker T, who mentioned that his bag of soil would guarantee his victory. It didn't.
Eddie Guerrero was supposed to come up bleeding from John Bradshaw Layfield's chair shot. However, he hit an artery instead of a vein and blood poured out for the rest of the match. He lost so much blood that he couldn't wrestle at full strength for another two weeks. He was rushed away in an ambulance after the show.
