Brittany Furlan, Joe Pantoliano, Bryan Greenberg and Brooks Wheelan are starring in the comedy “Random Tropical Paradise,” which has started shooting in Florida, Variety has learned exclusively.

The Shabash Films project is directed by Sanjeev Sirpal as the first in a slate of three films planned for the next two years. The cast also includes Spencer Grammer, Beth Littleford, Alphonso McAuley, Kyle Kinane, Jessica Lowe, Ayden Mayeri and Caitlin McHugh.

Greenberg stars as a jilted groom and Wheelan as the best man who helps him through his heartache by convincing him that they should actually go on the honeymoon originally planned. The weekend involves hot-tubbing on a super yacht with beautiful women, inadvertently dropping acid and accidentally starting a war between the Mafia and the Triads.

Grammer portrays a new love interest and Pantoliano plays a Mafia don.

Furlan is the most popular female personality on Vine with 9.7 million followers. »
