In the latest installment of "What to Watch", IMDb's TV Editor Melanie McFarland chats with "Mad Men" stars Jon Hamm, January Jones, John Slattery, and series creator Matthew Weiner about the drama's extraordinary legacy, as AMC prepares to air its final seven episodes.
I've seen this episode from the mini series created by Narciso Ibañez Menta and his son Narciso Ibañez Serrador at the age of 7 and i never forgot it. From a science fiction premise, the story has a crescendo of horror with an ominous atmosphere and an unusual gore in some scenes. Very strange events happens in a little village in Italy; some kids have a little scar in the chest and radically change their behavior. Something evil and gruesome grows up inside the children. Taking elements from "Master of Puppets" by Robert Heinlein, Ibañez Serrador builds a scary story, with moments of strong suspense and actors like Victor Laplace, Leonor Manso, Virginia Lago, Miguel Ligero, Juan Carlos Palma, Gloria Ugarte and of course, the genius of Ibañez Menta, giving great performances. Amazing (and unfortunately lost) cult gem of the Argentinean TV of the seventies.
