The Priest: Thank you my child. I wish I could repay your kindness, but I'm a poor old Priest.
Samurai Jack: Actually, you can help me. I seek a time portal.
The Priest: A time portal? I don't know what you're talking about.
[Samurai Jack begins to walk away and then stops]
The Priest: But the grove on the next mountain is ruled by a great tree spirit. Speak to him, he knows everything.

Samurai Jack, not just for kids
26 September 2006 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

This show is by far one of the best out there. The story line is amazing the sound is impressive and the style of art is unique. The art style is unique in they don't use black lines to separate objects from each other. Like in real life the drawing stops were the object stops. The music and sounds are just as unique.

From the creator of the Powerpuff Girls, this is a must have classic. It is also a tribute to the actor MAKO who we have lost this year. His voice was undeniably recognizable.

Even the episodes are named simplistically and uniquely. Instead of giving the episodes names, they are numbered by Roman Numerals. They are there just so you can see the story unfold in order of the events that follow Samurai Jack.

My suggestion is that everyone goes out and buys the two seasons of DVD's.
