Following the success of Samantha: An American Girl Holiday, the WB Network has reteamed with Revolution Studios and executive producer Julia Roberts for Felicity: An American Girl Adventure, an original movie to star Oscar winner Marcia Gay Harden and John Schneider. Set in the days leading up to the American Revolution, Felicity is based on Felicity Merriman, the fourth in the popular line of dolls and books. Samantha director Nadia Tass is back at the helm, directing from a script by Anna Sandor (Showtime's My Louisiana Sky). Like Samantha, Felicity will be produced by Revolution Studios, Roberts' Red Om Films and American Girl in association with Warner Bros. Television. Production is set to begin soon for a fall premiere.
