The third movie in the comedy franchise, A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas finds the stoner buds (John Cho of TV’s FlashForward and Kal Penn, TV’s House M.D.) accidentally burning down Harold’s father-in-law’s prize Christmas tree.
It’s six years after the pals were caught in Guantanemo Bay (the second film), leaving Harold and Kumar estranged from each other. But they get pulled back into trouble when Kumar arrives on Harold’s doorstep with a mysterious package and burns down the tree. They then head off on a mission through New York City to find the perfect Christmas tree and, of course, getting into plenty more trouble.
For those House fans hoping to see Wilson and House ride off into the sunset together (can there really be any other ending?), this season might be our last chance to see that bromance dream come true. Hugh Laurie spoke with Ryan Seacrest on his radio show yesterday, and Seacrest asked the question that many fans have been wondering: Is this eighth season of House the final one? "Too soon to say," Laurie replied. "We're still wetting our fingers and sticking them up in the air to see which way the wind's blowing. There are lots of things to be taken into account." Like if everyone is on board for another season? Several key castmembers and producers are in the final season of their »

She's been a nurse on Glee, a doctor on House M.D. and had the awesome recurring role of Wendy the Waitress on How I Met Your Mother. Soon you'll see her as Kevin's (Thomas Ian Nicholas) wife Ellie in American Reunion, and we got the chance to talk to Charlene about what we can expect from the sure-to-be-hilarious film! »
House was the most talked-about television show on Facebook this year. The Fox drama, which stars Hugh Laurie, topped a list of fastest-growing pages and most popular media. The data was compiled by the social networking site based on status updates posted by users. House reached the number one spot, while Laurie's character Dr. House was named the most-discussed fictional character this year. Two and a Half Men came second in the list of television shows following this year's cast shake-up, which saw Charlie Sheen fired from the show and Ashton Kutcher (more) »

Here comes the bride back to House!
The polarizing character — who got hitched to House last spring following his breakup with Cuddy — has been out of sight and (presumably) mind since the show returned this fall (leading some fans to wonder whether the union was quietly annulled off screen).
Her reappearance in this season’s 13th episode all but »

Executive producer/writer Bryan Fuller is well-renowned for his ability to create darkly off-kilter dramedy shows, be it the Grim Reaper fantasy Dead Like Me, the quirky character piece Wonderfalls, and his whimsical supernatural murder-mystery series, Pushing Daisies.
NBC has officially put in an order for the pilot episode of Fuller’s newest project, The Munsters, a reboot of the famous 1960s sitcom about a family of classic Universal monster types. Now that some concrete details about the show have been released, it’s all too clear: this will indeed be a “darker, edgier” take on the original Munsters property.
Bryan Singer is slated to direct the pilot episode for Fuller’s Munsters revamp; it will mark the X-Men franchise veteran’s fourth TV directing effort, alongside his work on two early episodes of House M.D. (including the pilot) ...

It looks like NBC and Bryan Fuller are dead set on following through on that reboot of The Munsters as an hour-long drama. NBC gave the green light to a pilot two weeks ago, and now they have a director at the ready to help them with their nefarious plan.
Deadline is reporting that Bryan Singer, director of the best X-Men flicks and the hopelessly pedestrian Superman Returns, is going to direct and executive produce this new "visually spectacular imaginative reinvention" of the classic '60s sitcom about a family of monsters who live in the suburbs. I'm sure we can expect plenty of "who is the real monster" metaphors in this update that has been described as "Modern Family meets True Blood."
While I am opposed to this whole idea, I must admit that Singer is an inspired choice for the project. Singer has crafted a career focused on outsiders, »
Dear Hugh: Say it ain’t so! The headline this week for fans of Dr. Greg House and his Fox series, is that actor Hugh Laurie will be finished with television as soon as his popular medical drama, House, comes to an end.
Admit it. You love how rough around the edges House, M.D. is. You find his abrasive bedside manner to be just what the doctor ordered. If that’s true, you wouldn’t be alone in your sentiment. Over the course of 8 Seasons Hugh Laurie has won 2 Golden Globes for his role. But when the role ends, what comes next?
In a recent Daily Record interview, the beloved 52-year-old actor was candid about his career. In short, he said he does plan to quit television acting when House is over.
Hugh Laurie reported feeling delightfully “spoiled” by the American show. »

First Soderbergh, then Pitt, now this? Hugh Laurie, of that doctor show fame, has stated that he will be leaving television after the plug is pulled on House. In an interview with The Daily Record Laurie admitted that he has had enough of television, and that it has mostly had enough of him. “I think I have been rather spoiled here. I can’t imagine there will be another one quite like this,” said Laurie adding only that he is “no longer a desirable commodity for TV,”
Most of you probably remember Laurie from A Bit Of Fry & Laurie which he starred and co-wrote with Stephen Fry. Some of you might even remember The Cellar Tapes, which were both immensely funny and well fleshed out comedy shows. That makes this almost too hard a pill to swallow. Laurie really is a gift to television and his ability to get inside »

House, the TV series, is generally at its best when House (Hugh Laurie), the character, is at his worst. But please note my use of the word “generally”, as this is a rare episode where House acts like…well, like a diminutive of Richard, but the episode itself is rather dull.
Our story beings with Thad Barton, CEO of a business that’s about to move to China. He’s busy cleaning up his front yard after protestors planted signs, hung him in effigy and Tp’d his trees. While he’s doing this, his daughter arrives. The two talk for a bit, then Barton’s vision starts going wonky, making him see his daughter as very small and far away. Of course he ends up under the care of Doctor House, who refers to the problem as “Alice in Wonderland Syndrome,” which, somewhat to my surprise and amusement, »

I'm here with Dan of loganscloset.com. What is it that your website offers? Dan: I offer TV and movie replica jackets. Lots of people want what they see in the films, and they can't get them anywhere. So, I created loganscloset.com to bring that to people. I see you have the many variations of the Wolverine Jacket. Is this your most popular jacket? Dan: Yeah, we started out with the Wolverine jacket and it's built from there. And it's still one of our most popular jacket lines. We've done each version of leather jacket used for Wolverine so far. What other movies have you made apparel for? Dan: Ah, we just came out with a Captain America jacket from the latest film. We also offer the Bruce Wayne motorcycle riding jacket he uses in The Dark Knight. Ummm, we do Wanted. We have House M.D. from the TV series. »
Olivia Wilde may have just made her exit from House on Monday’s episode, but if you were among the fans hoping for Thirteen to make a brief return in the future to close out her character’s relatively open-ended departure, you might be out of luck.
At the In Time premiere held last night at the Regency Village Theatre in Westwood, Calif., Wilde told EW that she didn’t foresee a return to the show — even if rumors that it could be the show’s last season prove to be true. “I think the way we left it, if she came back, »

Today’s question: is it ethically acceptable to receive oral sex from a sex addict?
When is giving away your money a sign of good, charitable decency, and when is it a sign of something larger, like some sort of mental disorder? This is the question that faces Doctor House (Hugh Laurie), and team in the most recent episode.
It begins with a man named Benjamin (Wentworth Miller), who pretends to be a man in need. He goes to a charity that helps such people and leaves a million dollar check behind. The woman he was talking to in the charity follows him to find out what’s going on, only to watch as he falls flat on his face outside the office.
House gets wind of this man’s case and brings him in. Everyone, including what’s currently comprising his team (Charlene Yi and »

With Louis Ck, one of the finest comedians working today, finding success with his fantastic series Louie on FX, another great comedian is looking to follow in his footsteps. Deadline has word that the cable network has just given the greenlight to a pilot called Legit, a potential new series starring Australian comedian Jim Jeffries. The show will follow a misanthrope (Jeffries) trying to go legit. Apparently the comedian had a show in development at Comedy Central last year about his life in the United States but that never got off the ground. Peter O'Fallon, a TV director and producer behind such series as The Riches and House M.D. will executive produce the new series. Jeffries' brash, vulgar and even bleak comedic stylings are along the same lines of honesty and grittiness of Louis Ck, so I think this new series will fit in perfectly on FX. The network has »
