More a family drama than a crime series
searchanddestroy-110 October 2021
This series is definitely a perfect vehicle for the outstanding Bernard Tapie, a former minister, stage, Tv and movie actor, big executive and international business man, ex con and big boss of the Olympic de Marseilles soccer team, European champion in 1993; an exceptional man, whom the French people is very fond of, a very charismatic man indeed. So this series is more a pretext to show him acting, as maybe he also did in real life, than a series to make you feel emotion or find any suspense or action scenes. Closer to Julie Lescaut or Joséphine Ange Gardien craps than Commissaire Moulin, which was the best crime series ever produced by TF1 garbage channel. A curiosity.
