For those of you who have never heard of the man (Tiesto) he is the number ONE Dj in the world!
Most of you will recognise his performance at the Athens Olympic Games, which is only a small glimpse of what his really capable of!
This man has topped the Dj Mag awards for the 3 year in a row and doesn't look like giving up the crown just yet!
I must say, I have been very lucky to have seen Tiesto perform Live in Melbounre at a 2003 New Year Eve Party. Even though I didn't really know and appreciate his music back then I still thought he was GOD! It was from that point on, I knew that my way of listening to music would change forever! You could say I was obsessed!
After traveling to America in July 04 I discovered Dj Tiesto bought out a DVD of his concert! I could not believe my eyes when I saw the DVD, as living way down under can have its disadvantages! I purchased 3 DVD's, one for myself and two others for close friends back home!
Part of me wanted to wait and watch the concert with my friends but part of me wanted to take a quick preview, so thats right you guessed it, I couldn't wait and quickly put the DVD on. As i sat on the lounge room floor, the first glimpse of the concert came on! sitting there in silence I hear Adagio for Strings playing in the background, I wont go into to much detail but all I can say is that as soon as Tiesto appeared out of that stage and Adagio for Strings kicked in, I felt shivers down my spine and so did the thousands that were there!!!
For those of you that don't know Tiesto, please go out and purchase this DVD and you will not regret it. Not only is he the number 1 Dejay, he is also a brilliant performer and knows exactly how to entertain a crowd.
