If you saw the first one, named: "The Red Phone: Manhunt", by this time you know it is a movie that you can see as many times as you want because it's not a truly bad one, and sometimes it be enthusiastic or even funny, but each time you do it you'll still the same... There's nothing new and there's nothing different as a huge portion of other brothers of the same kind! Anyway, it's not a complete waste of time... You also can see some usual stars of Hollywood, like Colin Salmon (Die Another Day, Resident Evil, Match Point), Michael Ironside (Top Gun, Starship Troopers, Down) or Ben Cross (Chariots of Fire, First Knight, Paperhouse).
