A crew of African American pilots in the Tuskegee training program, having faced segregation while kept mostly on the ground during World War II, are called into duty under the guidance of Col. A.J. Bullard.
Cuba Gooding Jr.,
"Inspector Max" like most of Portuguese series, boasts an incredible cast but falls in short of being amusing, established by others cops series. Not only does this television drama suffers from illogical plot elements, it also suffers from uninteresting characters and unnecessary subplots. Jorge acquires his personal dog and somehow, the dog is already trained to pursue criminals and save people. The humor tries to impress the audience, but rarely it delivers chuckles and the emotional scenes (which are provided by a talented cast) are less than joyless. To summarize, "Inspector Max" is a pity because the potential is there, but the unrealistic episodes and numerous of plot holes prevent Max to scale the heights.
