Another of Frederic A. Kummer's "Octavius" pictures, produced by Charles M. Seay. There is some new and clever stuff in it and some trite stuff. But it made a reasonable amount of laughter and can be safely counted an acceptable, entertaining offering. - The Moving Picture World, March 28, 1914
