Pretty good for a "Making Of"

(Caution: Some Spoilers ahead) This is available on the WFRR 2003 DVD. It stars Charles Fleischer as himself, and Roger. Fleischer explains that the movie was filmed with just the live actors at first and how the toons were added. He mentions how Industrial Light & Magic added special effects, such as shadowing, and extra coats of paint. To answer the question, he shows a long list of people, the cast, crew, and animators. He then gets stuck in a TV set, with Roger holding the remote. Highly Recommended. Just go to the Acme factory on disc 1. Select the box with the green star on it. It is about 10 minutes long.
