John Carter urinates to make a distraction for a guard, only his urine is seen.

John Carter is seen being bathed by natives of Mars, can't tell if he has underwear on or not, but most likely he has white underwear on. He is shirtless through most of the movie.

Dejah Thoris (The main woman character) wears an outfit that exposes her stomach, and most of her legs through most of the movie. Kind of shaped like a bathing suit, but more desert military looking with only a small amount of cleavage.

Dejah smacks John Carter's butt non-sexually to try to make him jump.

Dejah wears a dress that reveals a lot of cleavage, and like the outfit before stomach area and legs.

War violence, sword fighting and gun play. Lots of Blue blood (because of the lack of oxygen and the fact that they're all aliens on Mars, except for John) not much of it is red. The violence does get intense.

The alien dog 'Woola' is kicked and beat by several aliens while he whimpers. This happens until John Carter puts a stop to it.

An alien is branded with a hot piece of iron for making a mistake. She is told if she makes another mistake she'll be executed.

A character jumps into the "white ape" arena and is caught by one of the white apes. It rips her in half. You only see the shadow.

John Carter kills a white ape from the inside. He breaks free by tearing through its back. He is covered in blue blood.

A character gets beheaded and we see his severed head on the ground. Not very graphic though.

A.mans arm is cut off and blue blood is seen gushing out of the wound.

Carter confronts an entire tribe of green men and kills the majority of them. The scene is quite graphic although because the blood is blue, it isn't as gory as it sounds.

Seven uses of "hell", three uses of "damn", one incomplete use of "son of a b..." (a complete "son of a bitch" is used in one of the deleted scenes), and several mild uses of "God".

In one scene, there is a group of men drinking at a table inside a saloon. Minor use.

This film has many sequences of intense violence

The fight with the White Apes can be too intense for children

The entire movie is surrounded with the fact of warring nations that create only destruction and chaos, killing many

When John learns of the Therns' involvement on Earth, this can be too frightening and intense to some

Even though it is a Disney film, it is very intense for children.
