User Reviews

A rather unnecessary and harsh extension of an enjoyable one off

STAR RATING:*****Unmissable****Very Good***Okay**You Could Go Out For A Meal Instead*Avoid At All Costs

Documentary maker Richard Macer follows the extremely well known model Jordan around on what is arguably the most eventful year of her life, with her face rarely off the front pages of the tabloids more so than ever as,amongst other things, her baby son is born blind and with a growth defect and she suffers a scare when she contracts a rare form of cancer called LMS in her index finger.

Any perverse curiosity we may have harboured towards what goes on behind the scenes with easily the most well known and controversial glamour model in the UK really should have been completely satisfied with Macer's previous instalment in the 'Jordan trilogy.'As it is,he has followed it on with this meladourous follow up,which ends up playing like a video diary style continuation of events, however unwittingly. With the probing interviews and insights kept to a minimum,we are left to see Jordan's seedier, uglier side shine through and thus dampening the warmth we may feel towards her with regard to a number of things. Her treatment of the Matt guy was pretty unfair and she seems to take her job and her lifestyle to excess here and there. But maybe Macer has just probed too far and too deeply.**
