Near the beginning of the film as Charlie is leaving Vic's car, he goes to grab the bag of money while holding an umbrella in his right hand, in the next subsequent shot he is holding the umbrella in his left hand, and then in the following shot it is back in his right hand.
The $2,147,000.00 would not fit in that bag. When Charlie opens the bag you can see bricks of hundred dollar bills. Each "brick" contains 1,000 bills or $100,000.00. The bag would need to hold 21 bricks of hundred dollar bills. The bag is too small to hold 21 bricks.
The goof items below may give away important plot points.
When Bill Guerrard is shown in Renata's office at first, his suit jacket is blue. But after getting shot in the face, he is seen on the floor and his suit jacket is black. Then when Bill Guerrard gets up after not being killed, his suit jacket is blue again.
Near the end of the film, with Renata taped to the chair, a rear shot shows Bill reaching for a bottle of whiskey and a glass. From the rear shot you can hear him pouring whiskey into the glass. As the shot changes to frontal, he pours again into an empty glass.
At the pier, Roy shoots Vic while inside the trunk. He then shoots out the lock and breaks open the trunk. Vic shoots Roy once more and the dock collapses throwing both into the water. The trunk is once again locked and floating with Vic holding onto it.
When they are removing the body from the back seat of the Mercedes, Vic says "Open the fucking door and give it a shove." When he says this you can see a red light blinking on the window of the car - an obvious camera reflection.
