The content of this page was created directly by users and has not been screened or verified by IMDb staff.
Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that, instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, you use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

Plenty of sexual scenes between teens- these scenes are not graphic, do not show nudity. The sexual scenes are not very long and graphic, usually cut out after a few seconds. One character is known to sleep with alot of people, and in one scene a girl is in another room moaning out her boyfriends name. We later find out that she was actually reading a magazine and trying to trick her friends in the room next door. A kiss between same sexes are shown. The sexual scenes include drunken makeout sessions, cheating, losing virginity , and some underwear shots.

Violence & Gore

Attempted sexual assaults, some fist fights with a little blood, a mugging and shooting, and a violent drug overdose.

Regular use of words like "bitch" and "ass".

Almost every single episode someone is drinking some sort of alcoholic beverage. NOTE: most the people drinking are minors. People sometimes smoke cigarettes and take drugs including marijuana and cocaine.

The series has dealt with more mature themes like death, blackmail, lovers cheating, serious illnesses, drugs, drug overdoses, and sexual orientation.
