Merciful Mona in heaven above, 2013 is finally knocking at the front door, and you know what that means: Pretty Little Liars is (finally!) (almost!) back in our arms again. Season 3B kicks off next Tuesday (January 8th!). We've Shag, Marry, Dump-ed with actors of Rosewood before, but in honor of season 3B, I thought we'd shake it up a little and put the lesbian characters of Pll to the test. Assuming they were all: a) of age, and b) alive, who would you choose between Maya St. Germain, Emily Fields, and Paige McCullers?

2012 was a dramatic year for TV. Many of of our favorite shows made us say "Omg" with jaw-dropping surprises and comical cameos.
Joe Biden stopped by "Parks And Recreation" to hang with Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler), the identity of the mysterious blogger Gossip Girl was finally revealed (hint: it's a guy!) and Jessa (Jemima Kirke) tied the knot with Thomas-John (Chris O'Dowd) on "Girls."
On the sadder side of things, Lane Pryce (Jared Harris) hanged himself on "Mad Men," supermom Kristina Braverman (Monica Potter) was diagnosed with cancer on "Parenthood" and Lori (Sarah Wayne Callies) died at the hand of her son on "Walking Dead."
Check out the video above for a look at 2012's biggest Omg TV moments.

Blake Lively admits her dog is like her child. The 'Gossip Girl' star - who is married to Ryan Reynolds - wishes she has kids of her own and in the mean time devotes herself to her beloved pooch Penny and her nephews and nieces. But my nieces and nephews are also surrogate children. I'm just upset that they aren't my own.' Blake, 25, also revealed how she plays the protective auntie when she's out with children as she wants them to have a normal »

After an interesting — though lackluster overall — fall season of new broadcast TV, networks are set to unleash their midseason series.
What’s worth watching in that new crop of comedies and dramas? The sad truth: not much.
Luckily, I’m here to talk you through the best and the worst series that are poised to appear on your tube in the coming months — your DVR can only hold so much. Here’s your guide to what you should check out and those shows you should ignore:
1. The CW’s The Carrie Diaries (Premiere: Jan. 14 at 8 p.m. Est/5 p.m. Pst)
HBO’s hit series Sex and the City may have ended in 2004, but fashion and big dreams are still in vogue in The Carrie Diaries. Doe-eyed AnnaSophia Robb portrays the high school version of Carrie Bradshaw, the role that secured Sarah Jessica Parker »

Vampire Diaries Ian Somerhalder battling Alexander Skarsgard for Hottest TV Guy 2012. As previously reported,Hollywood Life threw a contest for the Hottest TV Chicks Of 2012. Now, they are throwing one for the guys, called "The Hottest TV Guys Of 2012," and some of the contestants include Vampire Diaries front man Ian Somerhalder and True Blood hunk Alexander Skarsgard. We think these two will definitely be strong contenders. However, they do have some tough competition, which will include: Beau Mirchoff from Awkward. Colton Haynes from Teen Wolf. Darren Criss from Glee. Ed Westwick from Gossip Girl. Jesse Williams from Grey’s Anatomy. Josh Dallas from Once Upon A Time. Keegan Allen from Pretty Little Liars. Matt Lanter from 90210. Paul Wesley from The Vampire Diaries, and Tyler Posey, from Teen Wolf. As usual, the winner will be decided by their readers' votes. You guys can cast your votes by clicking the red Hollywood »
Vampire Diaries Nina Dobrev battling Selena Gomez & more for Hottest TV Girl 2012. Hollywood Life is currently throwing a new contest that is pitting Vampire Diaries main hottie Nina Dobrev against Selena Gomez of "Wizards Of Waverly Place" and other top TV chicks to find out who's the "Hottest Girl Of TV 2012." We think Nina and Selena will be the frontrunners, but they are up against some stiff competition ,which includes: Ariana Grande from Victorious. Ashley Benson from Pretty Little Liars. Blake Lively from Gossip Girl. Demi Lovato from The X Factor. Jennifer Morrison from Once Upon A Time. Kim Kardashian from Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Lucy Hale from Pretty Little Liars. Naya Rivera from Glee. Shenae Grimes from 90210,and Victoria Justice from Victorious. As always, the winner will be determined by their reader's votes. After a prolonged journey from stage to screen, the international smash Les Misérables has finally gotten the Hollywood treatment. It's a saga that at times felt like it would drag on as long as the French Revolution. Or even as long as the play itself, which boasts a running time of approximately three hundred thousand million hours (and thirty-eight minutes).
Director Tom Hooper (The King's Speech), clearly high as a kite on Oscar glory, was the man to finally bring the beast of a musical - which spans decades and calls for battles, bridge jumps, and hoardes of flea-bitten background players - to movie theaters. Early in the process of doing so, he made a bold decision that might very well have saved the project from being yet another bloated adaptation of a beloved Broadway hit (cough! The PhantomoftheOpera!cough!): he was going to let the actors sing live on-set. »
Anyone who stayed with Gossip Girl through the entire series will have no trouble admitting that the show took a decline after Season 2. Yes, the show that was once praised as the “Best Show Ever” by New York Magazine, did eventually become less of a guilty pleasure and more of a guilt trip. However, that doesn’t mean that the show didn’t continually provide its share of shocking moments throughout all six seasons before ending last week. Who can forget the infamous marketing campaign in which the CW plastered “Omfg” over photos of some of the series’ most shocking moments?
Here we’ll count down the top five most jaw-dropping, shout-producing, truly Omfg moments as well as a few bonus ones that didn’t make the cut.
5. Outing Eric
In Episode 16, what some might argue is the best episode of the series (and certainly the most shocking), there are »

I hate to be the bearer of bad news just days before Christmas, but this secret has been burning a hole in my pocket for weeks and I simply must get it off my chest.
There’s increasing (read: deafening) buzz that a pivotal couple on a show with a very passionate audience may be going their separate ways by season’s end.
According to sources, producers of the hour-long drama in question are looking to close out the season with a bang, and »

As many of you know, this week saw the end of an era — the culmination of our work on our Reality Index, in which we followed each episode of Gossip Girl like an army of headband-wearing, undermining minions, slavishly collecting details in service of … a special scientific experiment, the details of which can never be revealed. Over the past five-plus years, we (Chris Rovzar, Chris’s Boyfriend, the Commenter Formerly Known as Jessica’s Husband, and I, accompanied by a mostly merry band of commenters) have spent hours questioning the decisions of the creators of the Greatest Show of Our Time, alternately praising them for their sensitivity and chiding them for their crazy-ass plotting and seeming inability to control certain actors' irrepressible hair and cleavage. Now that the Reality Index has come to an end, It seemed only fair to give the people on the, er, “Inside” of Gossip Girl »

• Fox’s The X Factor is undergoing more judging shakeups. Although the reality singing competition added Britney Spears and Demi Lovato this season, judge L.A. Reid is departing the series following the finale.
• In the aftermath of the tragic Newtown, Conn., shooting, TLC wisely delayed the premiere of its one-hour special Best Funeral Ever. Can we rename TLC (The Learning Channel) to Nsc (Nothing is Sacred Channel)?
• The third season of HBO’s Game of Thrones, debuting March 31, will be bigger (and hopefully better) than ever. All of the 10 episodes will be a little longer than usual, and as co-showrunner Dan Weiss explains, “There’s almost another full episode’s worth of extra minutes spread across the season.”
• Following the success of Pitch Perfect, »

“Gossip Girl is dead,” confessed Lonely Boy a.k.a. Foodle Owner a.k.a. Gossip Girl to the Njbc, Dorota, Jxb, and Rufus as his Golden Girl turned Golden Retriever drooled lovingly by his side. After six years of cyberbullying, cyberstalking, and lying, Dan Humphrey finally revealed his inner teen mean girl — and somehow made it out alive of the episode without getting slapped or punched by his high-school idols. And while many commenters reeled at Dan’s “coming out,” the finale was about so much more than Gg’s big reveal. Like every juicy train wreck that defined the final season’s episodes, the finale was stuffed with enough Ues drama to keep most hearts at least semi-content.In the span of an hour, Bart’s funeral happened and nobody cared; Chair cuddle-hid in a limo trunk and under bed sheets; the Ues’s favorite uncle returned and got it on with Georgina, »
