I recently had the opportunity to view this movie at the Dances With Films festival and I must say it was refreshing. The characters in this movie are worth the ticket prise alone. The situations provided by the script allowed the actors to shine. All the actors seemed to be well suited for their roles and the camera shots were dead on target to bring the carpet business to life. Daniel Von Bargen had an outstanding role and really brought the film up a notch with his performance. I also thought Brian Cade really nailed the character Marty. The movie had the perfect music and just the right touch of drama / comedy. This film could easily be used to pitch a full blown studio motion picture called DEAD HORSE.
