• Continuity: While John and Claire are riding bikes to the beach, towels are seen on the back of the bikes, but once they get to the beach, the towels are gone. When they sit on the beach, they sit in the sand.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: On the quail hunt, in the wide shot showing all the characters walking forward, a person's arm (presumably a crew member's), can be seen sticking out from behind a tree on the top right side of the frame.
  
  
• Continuity: In the final scene in the church, Cleary's hair alternates between slicked back and standing up when he's talking.
  
  

• Continuity: After Jeremy's "freaky night w/Todd" Jeremy and John are talking in the kitchen. The paper towel roll changes with a piece hanging and then a piece not hanging
  
  
• Audio/visual unsynchronized: During the last wedding, when it cuts to a wide shot and the priest is talking, you can hear his voice but his mouth isn't moving. They aren't together.
  
  
• Continuity: When Gloria is tending to Jeremy's knee in the bathroom after the touch football game, she unties her shirt when she straddles him. Throughout the scene, the shirt reties and then unties itself.
  
  
• Continuity: There are two different footballs in the football scene. The ball changes between the close-up of the snap and the ball in someone's hand and in play.
  
  
• Continuity: When Jeremy calls John into his office to first inform him that the wedding season has began, John squeezes and throws the cup of water in his hand. There is water on the back of the chair John is sitting on, but in the next shot, the water is gone.
  
  
• Continuity: When John sits down the water is in his right hand. When he throws it, it is in his left hand.
  
  
• Continuity: When Claire and John go for their bike ride, they skid to a stop on the road, and there is a puddle in the foreground. That is followed by a shot of them riding some more. But in the next shot, they're back at the puddle, getting started again.
  
  
• Continuity: When Jeremy is first tackled during the football game, he gets a small grass stain on his sweater right in the middle of his chest. In subsequent shots the grass stain disappears.
  
  
• Continuity: When the Clearly family, John and Jeremy take a trip out on the Clearly family yacht, a close-up shot of Claire shows land in the background and there is no movement. When the shot zooms out again the yacht is shown to be in the middle of the ocean and moving.
  
  
• Continuity: When Claire's fiancé is talking to someone on the phone, the person is on a tennis court. Between shots, two tennis balls behind him, near the net, vanish.
  
  
• Continuity: When Jeremy's assistant gives him the sleeping bag, the position of the sleeping bag in Jeremy's hands changes a few times during the scene.
  
  
• Continuity: When John and Jeremy are having breakfast, Jeremy begins to put food on his plate and puts only a little bit on. The shot then changes to him and then back to his plate which is now loaded with food and it had only been about a second and his arm had barely moved.
  
  
• Audio/visual unsynchronized: When John and Secretary Cleary are having cigars on the balcony at the wedding, their backs are to the camera. We hear Cleary speaking when he obviously should not be able to because he is puffing on his cigar.
  
  
• Continuity: After Gloria and Jeremy's 'moment' on the beach, a large strand of Gloria's hair is hanging directly in the middle of her face. In the next shot, it isn't there.
  
  
• Continuity: When Gloria is tending to Jeremy's football injury to his knee she is getting her supplies off of a cart. When she gets on Jeremy's lap there is no cart.
  
  
• Continuity: During the football scene when Jeremy is hit for the second time, Mrs. Cleary is drinking her scotch and it's on the arm of the chair almost full and when she jumps up it is almost empty.
  
  
• Audio/visual unsynchronized: When Jeremy is begging Todd to let him go to sleep, you can hear Jeremy talking but when we cut back to his face, his lips aren't moving.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: At the Jewish Wedding when John feigns crying by putting eye drops in his eyes, the cap is obviously still on the Visine bottle.
  
  
• Continuity: When Claire first goes to check on Sack in the bathroom after he gets sick from the eye drops. She opens the door with her left hand and her right arm stays hanging. But when the camera cuts back to Claire her right hand is gripping the door and her left hand is no longer on the door knob but on the door itself. There is no way that her right arm could move that quickly to the door edge.
  
  
• Continuity: When Todd comes in to Jeremy's room in the middle of the night, he and Jeremy move around a lot in the bed when they hear Sen. Cleary coming. The blankets are all messed up when Todd is finally in the closet but when the camera cuts back once Cleary is in the room, the blankets are all smoothed out.
  
  
• Continuity: While John and Claire are on the sail boat and Claire sits next to John at the front of the boat, it is very obvious that from one picture to the next that her hair scarf has changed patterns.
  
  
• Continuity: When Jeremy and the priest are sitting at the table talking, Jeremy pours him a hefty glass of liquor full to the rim. When the priest lifts his drink at the end of Jeremy's speach his glass is almost empty. The camera was on him most of the time Jeremy was talking and there is no way that he could have possibly drank that much.
  
  
• Continuity: When Gloria and Jeremy have their "moment" on the beach, they show them on a blanket. But neither of them are carrying one on the way there.
  
  
• Continuity: The scene in the church during Jeremy's wedding when John is stating his love for Claire, Jeremy's hands alternate from holding his hands together to holding Gloria's hands.
  
  
• Continuity: When John gets up to answer the door and let Jeremy in, he places the "Don't Jump" book on the arm of the chair with the spine facing the camera. When Jeremy picks up the book, the spine is facing away from the camera.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: When Claire sneaks down the hall in the middle of the night to John's room, John is sitting on his windowsill and you can see a camera in the window behind him.
