Storyline

Mitch's older brother, Buzz, a surfing nomad, arrives in town for a visit with his newfound 12-year-old son Kyle, an angry and neglected kid who constantly gets himself and Hobie into trouble. Kay Morgan is pressured by Mitch to write an article for her new newspaper company, the Venice Voice', about a dilapidated pier that should be slated for demolition, which proves to be correct when Kyle lands in danger while rashly surfing under the pier. Meanwhile, Eddie and Shauni come across a con man, named Eduardo, who is selling a certain kind of bikini that turns out to dissolve upon contact with salt water. Written by Anonymous
