Storyline

Real Magic TV gives a rare backstage glimpse into the lives of some of today's hottest musical acts. The show combines three elements: relaxed interviews with famous bands, live concert footage of the musician's performances and footage of magic performed for the groups by internationally recognized magician, Jonathan Krackehl. The show began broadcasting on several college television stations throughout the Northeastern United States in 2002. In 2003 the TV series made it's internet debut as it began to webcast world wide. The show has featured top musical acts such as Evanescence, Barenaked Ladies, Simple Plan, Ben Folds, Jason Mraz, Hoobastank, Maroon 5, Michelle Branch and Tonic. Written by Real Magic New York

best interviews ever!
9 January 2004 | by (VA) – See all my reviews

I first heard word of RealMagicTV in Dec of 2002! Since then I've continued to watch for new episodes with various artists. There is something special about RMTV interviews that set them aside from all the other interviews: -The artist loves the interview as they're entertained with incredible magic -The fans love the interview because instead of the same questions they've heard answered hundreds of times; Jonathan makes a point to research every artist interviewed and obtain fan submitted questions that are unique and original -The fans can watch the interview on their own time, in their own home because they're streamed online! -The fans have the opportunity to see LIVE concert footage! So if you're unable to get to a concert, you can feel like you were there anyway.

Jonathan has taken Music and the Internet and merged it to be the way of the future, and on top of that he'd added his own spin of magic! There are many artists that I'm not familiar with or don't know them very well, yet I watch the RMTV episode just to see the magic and their live performance.

I highly recommend you go listen to a few interviews and episodes... you will not be disappointed.
