Ian "Dicko" Dickson (Australian judge): [after Kurt Nilsen's performance] Kurt, I think In the music industry you'd be quite a marketing challenge because you have the voice of an angel but you look like a hobbit!

Bring it on World! This time Canada will have a chance.

I loved World Idol, from the second that I had heard it would be happening I couldn't wait (well I was already excited since it was on Christmas Day & New Year's). The format of the competition was not good however. Here in Canada we received 2 different feeds, one from Fox (USA's show hosted by the Pop Idol Hosts) and one from CTV (Canada's show hosted by our host for the performances and the Pop Idol hosts for the Finale) since we were getting 2 feeds there was 2 different performance orders which was a bit annoying. There needs to be a "World Idol 2" if there was to be one then there is a good chance that Canada would come in the top 3 at least (Go Kalan!!). Fox/Fremantle Media/19 Entertainment PLEASE DO WORLD IDOL 2!! CANADA COULD WIN IN WORLD IDOL 2
