In this brand new cartoon, the first one in a long time, Rerun wants a dog for Christmas. It has the same sad-sack Charlie Brown and the kids all delivering their lines in some sort of calm manner that I can only attribute to Charlie Brown movies. It seems to be fine, the magic isn't gone. Some of my happiest childhood memories revolve around watching these cartoons.
