Sex & Nudity

  • Some females wear clothing that highlight their breasts. No graphic nudity.

Violence & Gore

  • The gameplay revolves around plane-vs-plane combat with heavy artillery missiles, etc. When a plane explodes, its rider can be seen parachuting to the ground. This does not happen with turret-based enemies, but if the pilot enemies survive your barrage of weapons, then you can assume the ground mounted troops do too.
  • Attacking innocents leads to more planes arriving to shoot you down. There are police planes/blimps in the Chicago area.
  • There are very few deaths in the game, and all of them are story-based.
  • The main character right-hooks some people in cutscenes.
  • There is no blood in this game.

Profanity

  • Infrequent uses of d[send to Hades]. This only occurs in the single-player campaign, where the main character may swear in response to his plane being heavily damaged. Also one skippable use during a cutscene.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

Frightening & Intense Scenes

Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Sex & Nudity

  • The ending cutscene for the Chicago area implies that two of the characters are about to take part in intercourse. The male is not wearing pants. The act does not take place. The female escapes out the window, having convinced the male to leaving the room to change clothes so she could steal a plot-related object.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Dramatic death scene: In one scene, the main character hurries to visit his elderly friend who possesses blueprints to a powerful weapon. Upon arrival, he finds him dead.
  • A character is briefly interrogated while about to fall off a skyscraper. The main character stands in front of him, demanding knowledge regarding someone's (His aforementioned elderly friend's) death. He goes from leaning backwards on a slowly failing fence to holding on with two hands, then one hand, then only a few fingers. He is caught by the hand just as he begins to fall, and he lives. Acrophobia.
