Worlds Apart portrays the experience of American families being thrown into remote cultures around the world and living with them for 9 days. This series portrays their experiences in a very smart and funny way, sort of like a comedy. They go to many exciting places around the world and places you have never heard of or people you never knew still existed. You sort of feel for the people living there too and what they endure through each day. They have no electricity, no running water, no electronics and sometimes no toilets. You will laugh without a doubt with the smart editing of the editors and sometimes you will cry or get shivers for the people living there or by the goodbyes when the family leaves the people that have shared their houses and food and everything with them for 9 days. You really do get emotional and sometimes it's graphic when they have to kill the animals like chickens or goats for food. But it still gets to you. Maybe it's the music or maybe because it is such a great series. None of Worlds Apart is acted and everything is caught in real time. What you are watching is real no BS stuff with a script to draw viewers. If you are looking for a laugh or have nothing to watch on a Sunday morning this is a must see for everyone.
