Spoofs

Some Like It Hot (1959)
The scene where Kevin gets out of his drag and pretends to be the rich to hit on the reporter at the beach is a riff on the scene from Some Like It Hot where Curtis does the same to Monroe. Also, Marcus spends an evening being serenaded by a lovesick suitor to buy time for Kevin and the reporter at said suitor's property is taken from Some Like It Hot.
Carrie (1976)
The scene where the Vandergeld sisters end up with red paint poured on them on a stage, it was an obvious spoof of the pig's blood scene from "Carrie."
Ace Ventura: Pet Detective (1994)
When the real Wilson sisters are brought to the chief and interrogated, the detective tries to pull off one sister's "wig," then the other sister's shirt is ripped open, and the first sister's skirt is torn off, a la Ace Ventura when Ace tries to prove Detective Lois Einhorn is really Ray Finkle in drag.
