Trivia

Before Daniel Craig was officially announced to play James Bond there were several other actors considered for the part. Producer Michael G. Wilson said that they looked over 200 actors searching for the right one. Some of them were Julian McMahon, Hrithik Roshan, Dominic West and Gerard Butler. Most of them were deemed not appropriate to fit the role, while some others were nothing but media speculation. Goran Visnjic, Sam Worthington, Alex O'Loughlin and Rupert Friend were also considered, while Henry Cavill almost got the part but was considered too young to play it. Hugh Jackman reportedly turned the role down. See more »

Goofs

In Miami International Airport Carlos hits a switch that activates all the fire sprinklers. Normal fire sprinkler systems do not have a switch to activate the entire system, instead sprinklers are activated by the heat of the fire melting a glass trigger in the sprinkler head and only the ones in immediate area of the fire activate. If all the sprinklers activated at once the water pressure at each head would be significantly lower than if only one or two activated, impeding the suppression of the fire, and the water damage caused by a sprinkler would be over a large area instead of just the area of the fire. This is a common goof and is seen in many movies and TV shows. See more »

blonde bond bombshell

Well certain people thought Daniel Craig could not pull it off, but he has and with style and a cold steel edge, not seen since Sean Connery.

This is proper action hero stuff, but he actually looks like if he wanted to he could kill you.

With an opening sequence that will stop you from blinking for 20 minutes.

The film is class, from the cinematography, to the three dimensional villains, and Bond's rapid learning curve.

Like Dr No, you see a killer, just he is on our side.

Don't read reviews, just go and see it, and tell your friends what you thought, you won't be disappointed.
