Considering how great this game series was and still is you have to wonder why they even bothered to make this. By the time it reached Australia the Saturn was already long dead so it could hardly cash in on its fame. Also take into consideration only about a dozen people in this country would have had the honour of playing Panzer Dragoon Saga.
The beginning of real story this very short 'movie' is basically the intro to the first game. Mysterious rider dies and suddenly you have to ride his dragon and go off and shoot things chuck in the added flare of having to rescue your girlfriend and you've basically turned Panzer Dragoon into something that runs like Double Dragon where out hero the very whiney and ungrateful Kyle must cause as much destruction as possible to rescue his kidnapped love interest.
I can excuse the poor quality of the CGI simply because of when this movie was made however considering how many years it took for the rest of the world to see it they shouldn't have bothered.
