Storyline

A team of Army Special Forces is sent into a secluded, secret biological weapons facility, only to fall prey to the specimens of a Nazi experiment that was recreated by the Army Chemical Corps and the CIA after World War II. When the chain of command breaks, the soldiers find themselves trapped in a world of flesh eating zombies, Government assassins and the ultimate evil!

The blank firing guns used in this movie were prone to malfunction and in some cases the "automatic" handguns had to be manually cycled in order to fire. The blank guns cost 25 cents every time they were fired.

Goofs

When "General Gibbs" is being hoisted back up from the elevator shaft covered in blood, there is a playing card stuck to his arm. This was due to the fact that this was a second take and the cards were all over the floor after "Lt. Colonel Baxter" flipped over the table. It should have been taken off before the second take.

good zombie gore film

so what if this isn't a "night of the living dead?" the acting might have been a little cheesy, but the gore in this was pretty gross and disgusting which i think helped. maplewoods is never ever dull and i think the people who give this film a bad rap are missing the whole point. I'm sure maplewoods is really low budget and if they had a bigger budget then maybe the movie would have looked it. i think the only major negative in the movie is the lead actor who was a bad actor but a lot of scenes were played for camp such as the scene where the black guy fought the crazy militant. kind of reminded me of the scene where jim brown knocked out the aliens in mars attacks!

good zombie movie :-)
