This is one of my absolute favorite mystery shows!!!
I love the idea of it, the gardening aspect thrown in with the crime solving aspect....sort of reminiscent of The Brother Cadfael Mysteries (Also GREAT mysteries) the reason being that their skill in gardening and their knowledge of the different plant life sometimes leads to the solving of the mysteries. The story lines are excellent, and the character development is AMAZINGLY adequate, especially amazing because they only have forty-five minutes to convey it. Felicity Kendall and Pam Ferris are SO FUNNY!!! They seem like they are having such a good time and portray close friends so well! That's probably the main reason why I love it, they are both SO FUNNY! Definitely worth every minute of your time!!! I was really REALLY disappointed to learn that supposedly it has been canceled by it's British network, which I think is a big mistake!!! I am hoping that another network might pick it up. So all in all EXTREMELY enjoyable! Good Mysteries! Good laughs....corny line I know...but it's true!:)
