Don't Give Up....This Movie Gets Better, 21 June 2006
Author: wh0izzit from United States

At first when i was watching this movie I thought it was a real documentary. It isn't, but it was an excellent movie! Some of the later scenes in the movie with the foreign girl were just hilarious. Forget all the stereotypes you think of when you think of mail order wives, this will show you what it's really like.

It's set in New York, the mail order bride comes from Burma, supposedly. They show the agency spokesman explaining how the mail order bride business works and commenting on the happenings throughout the movie.

This movie is right up there with Roger & Me. It really sheds some light on the shady mail order wife business. Have a laugh and see it.

The low rating here on IMDb doesn't make much sense, seems like most people gave it the maximum amount of stars possible. I think only people who didn't watch the movie gave it low stars.
