Pretentious crap... belongs in an art gallery., 29 October 2014
Author: Zoomorph from Canada

This is the film equivalent of that painting in the art gallery of a plain white canvas with a black line slopped down the middle of it. Watch a man stand on the screen, surrounded by white space, doing various mundane things. Listen to a pointless narration about the things the man is doing. Listen to the narrator share his inane opinions on matters such as how tasty the fish looks -- in other words, don't expect anything intelligent, insightful, or plausibly anthropological from the narrator. Listen to crappy music which is the musical equivalent of the painting in the art gallery. Hear the narrator talk about the music. The end.

Contrary to what other reviewers have said, there is nothing "technically masterful", "stunningly artistic", or "beautifully black & white" here. Technically and visually this short film is very bland and generic.
