New ‘Kingsman: The Golden Circle’ Trailer Finds Taron Egerton Back in Action-Hero Mode

6 hours ago | Collider.com | See recent Collider.com news »

Signature Entertainment have debuted the first Rise of the Footsoldier 3 trailer. The film is coming to UK cinemas later in the year, and is obviously the third movie (a prequel) in the series that has proven to be hugely popular over the last few years.

Rise Of The Footsoldier 3 trailer lands

The film follows the rise of ruthless Essex gangster Pat Tate, who blazes a path from Marbella to the Medway in the late 80s, peddling pills and snorting coke and crushing anyone who gets in his way, in his quest for cash and power. Double- crossed by an ex-pat drug baron, Tate ends up in prison. Undeterred, he establishes himself as top dog inside, and gets himself in shape in preparation for his release – when he plans to reclaim his turf the only way he knows how – with violence, and no mercy.

Craig has been fairly vocal about his issues when it comes to playing Bond, with the actor claiming he would rather slash his wrists than play Bond again in the press build up for the release of Spectre. While the actor may not be that happy playing Bond, he has, financially, at least, been the most successful Bond of all time and those in charge would be crazy to let him go.

While rumours are circulating that Craig will reprise the role, »

6 May 2017 9:18 AM, PDT | The Playlist | See recent The Playlist news »

Matthew Vaughn is part of an exclusive club of directors who haven’t yet made an outright “bad” film (at least according to this writer, The Playlist staff tends to disagree). Your mileage may vary for his films individually (see above, but in my opinion, he hasn’t made an outright stinker yet.
