My my,hey hey,Titoff is here to stay

....succumbs to the clichés of the Bonne Vieille Comédie à la Française. The scrounger who takes his new "friend " to a prostitute (whose madam is none other than Agnès Soral, complete with puppy doggy in her arms) is a scene the average viewer has seen at least twenty times or more. The transvestite-with-a-heart -of-gold ,haven't we got enough of that? The best scenes are to be found at the beginning: the parasite watching TV and savoring an ice cream while the host desperately tries to sleep is a pretty good scene.

If the movie fails to excite ,it's mainly because the actors have not enough presence : imagine, for instance ,Bacri or Darroussin playing the sponger.
