extremely boring movie
22 January 2006 | by (Croatia) – See all my reviews

I have watched movie today on national television for 20 minutes. There are few movies I've turned off before they ended. Pusca Bistra is one of them. Filip Sovagovic's excursion in directing is huge mistake. Hope he will not write or direct again or he can ruin reputation he made as an actor. Zeljko Vukmirica as cop accomplished good role. Ivica Vidovic as Joza is fantastic, as always. Unfortunately, this was not enough to fill out holes in script and directing. Other actors failed to show anything except bad theatrical acting. Maybe Bojan Navojec achieved interesting role as a receptionist with strange sexual views. It was hard to watch. Attempt to show provincialism finished as provincial art.
