I laughed from beginning to end at this amusing, original, absurd Flash animation. There is, in fact, no moral as in "it doesn't matter how tiny your penis is women will still love you." At best, it is a satire on that notion.
Having said that, clearly this is a matter of taste, refined or coarse. If you are turned off by pictures of colonoscopy, oral sex (quickly shown) or the classic Ren and Stimpy cartoon, you might not like this. Even if your tastes allow for the inclusion of coarser humor, you may find it without value. Dumers, another reviewer, has excellent taste (Tenacious D, South Park) and hated this short. It tickled my brain cells. And it's free.
