Music Review: 2017 Chicago Open Air Festival With Anthrax, Megadeth, Rob Zombie, Kiss

15 July 2017 11:55 AM, PDT | HollywoodChicago.com | See recent HollywoodChicago.com news »

Chicago – Watching a heavy metal band perform during daylight can be a little like watching a horror film with the lights on. The overall performance can sometimes lose a bit of its edge and intensity.

Fortunately that was not the case when the main acts took the stage for the “Chicago Open Air” concert at Toyota Park in Bridgeview, Ill. Anthrax, led by Joey Belladonna’s passion and high velocity vocals, matched the fury from the zealous crowd. The band opened with “Caught in a Mosh,” and bookended their performance with “Indians.” In between, Scott Ian’s shredding guitar, and the band’s fevered »

Hi, i’m Chucky….. wanna play?! New trailer for Cult Of Chucky set to freak you out!

Author: David Sztypuljak

Back in 1998, my bestie Martin and I headed off to Sutton Uci (now Sutton Empire) to check out brand new horror movie Bridge of Chucky – evidently the audience theatrically for this one wasn’t going to be too huge as the only showing of the movie was at 23:30 but that didn’t stop us heading along to find out who Chucky had in his crosshairs this time.

Now, 19 years on (so depressing!) we have another movie in the offing in the form of Cult Of Chucky which sees the demonic doll back to haunt us once again showing that franchise (and Chucky) will not die.

Cult Of Chucky brings back Child’s Play cast member Alex Vincent as Andy Barclay along with Jennifer Tilly (Curse of Chucky, Monsters, Inc.) as Chucky’s bloodthirsty bride, Tiffany and Fiona Dourif (Messenger, True Blood) as Nica with Brad Dourif »

Question: So, what’s the deal with Quantico Season 3? Is ABC completely overhauling the show? —Justine

Ausiello: I don’t know about a complete overhaul, but it’s certainly going to be a significant one. I’m told the network — in conjunction with the drama’s new, Tbd leadership — is looking to streamline the series in the hopes of making it more accessible to viewers.
