Probably the best indie TV pilot ever done.

I saw Mindgame at the ABFF and was floored by how well it was shot for such a low budget($2,000), and was impressed by the story as well.

The story focuses on a psychic (Crystal Carter) who works for the FBI, and is sent to New York with two partners from a different department to investigate her old teacher's disappearance. Her teacher (Cortez) is blamed for various missing agents and is after a psychic child, possibly to recruit him for his own cause. Crystal has to confront Cortez, who turns out to have many mind altering tricks up his sleeves and proves to be a hard man to catch.

The actors, especially the technology experts from "Section Ten" were very good, and the editing was more on the level of a film than a TV series. As a huge X-Files fan, this would be a great show for Fox or Scifi to pickup. If they make more episodes, I would tune in.
